Cocoa Beans (Raw, Sun-Dried & Fermented)
Premium grade Ghanaian cocoa beans, fermented and sun-dried, sourced directly from certified farming communities for export to chocolate and confectionery manufacturers worldwide.
LATLINK ENT supplies raw cocoa beans sourced directly from licensed buying companies and farmer cooperatives across Ghana's cocoa-growing regions. Our beans are harvested at full maturity, then fermented for five to seven days and sun-dried to meet international moisture and quality standards before export. Each batch undergoes quality checks for bean size, fermentation level, moisture content, and defect count, ensuring consistency for buyers in the food, beverage, and confectionery industries. We supply cocoa beans in bulk quantities suited to processors, chocolate manufacturers, and cocoa grinding facilities, with grading available on request to match Grade I or Grade II specifications depending on buyer requirements. Ghana is one of the world's top two cocoa-producing countries, and beans sourced through LATLINK ENT benefit from the country's established quality control systems administered through the Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD), which grades and certifies beans before export clearance. We work with buyers to arrange shipment volumes ranging from container loads (typically 24-25 metric tons) to larger bulk vessel shipments, depending on demand. Documentation provided with each shipment includes certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, quality certification from COCOBOD, and a certificate of weight. Buyers receive full traceability information on request. LATLINK ENT can accommodate both spot purchases and forward supply agreements for buyers seeking consistent volume across a trading season. Pricing is benchmarked against ICE cocoa futures plus applicable origin premiums.
