This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is short on purpose, and written to be read rather than skipped.
01What we collect
If you fill in the enquiry form, we receive your name and email address, along with anything else you choose to type: your company, your country, the volume you need, and your message. If you came to the form from a product page, we also record which product you were looking at. That is everything. We do not follow you around the site, and we do not buy information about you from anyone else.
02Why we keep it
So that we can reply to you, and so that we can find the conversation again if you come back to us six months later asking about the same shipment. There is no second purpose. We do not build profiles and we do not run marketing campaigns off the back of it.
03Who can see it
Our own staff, and nobody else. Enquiries are stored in a database run by Supabase, reached only by named members of our team using their own logins. We do not sell your details. We do not pass them to marketing companies. We do not mention one customer to another.
04Cookies and the map
We store one thing in your browser: whether you accepted or declined the cookie notice. It stays on your device and is not sent anywhere. If you accept, the map at the foot of the page loads from Google, which sets its own cookies under its own policy. If you decline, the map does not load until you press the button asking for it.
05How long we keep things
Enquiries are kept while there is a realistic chance of doing business together. When a conversation clearly goes nowhere, we delete the record. Where an order was placed, we keep the paperwork for as long as tax and customs rules require us to.
06What you can ask us to do
Ask what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct something and we will change it. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are legally required to keep a record of a completed transaction. You do not need a reason and there is no charge.
07Where the information is held
Our database and files are hosted by Supabase, and the site itself runs on Vercel. Both operate servers outside Ghana, which means your details may be stored abroad. They are held under contract, and neither company is permitted to use them for anything of their own.
